The rules of the place. What you may post, what happens when somebody reports it, and how Pro is billed.

Using Krovo
Krovo is for keeping score with people you actually play against. You need to be 13 or older, and you are responsible for what you post.
What you may not do
Be abusive. No harassment, no hate, no slurs, no sexual content, no threats. This is a friend-group app and results are meant to be argued about, not people.
Impersonate somebody. Including logging matches against a name in order to attribute results to a real person who did not agree to them.
Log matches that did not happen in order to distort a group's standings.
Break it on purpose. Scraping, reverse engineering, or trying to reach other people's groups.
We remove content that breaks these rules and we suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
Reporting, and what happens next
Every comment somebody else wrote can be reported from the app, and you can block anyone.
Reports are reviewed within one day. Anything that breaks these rules is taken down and the account behind it is dealt with. Blocking is immediate and does not wait for us.
Blocking hides that person's comments. It does not hide their results, because a group's record of what happened is shared, and two people in one group must never disagree about the score.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you shared it with, which is what makes the app work, and nothing beyond that.
We do not use what you write to train anything, and we do not sell it.
Krovo Pro
Pro is a subscription, monthly or annual, billed by the shop you bought it from — Google Play on Android, Apple on iPhone.
It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage it where you bought it: your subscriptions in Google Play, or your Apple ID settings. We cannot cancel it for you, because we never handle the payment.
Refunds are the shop's, through Google's or Apple's usual process.
If Pro lapses, your group's season freezes rather than disappearing, and everything already recorded stays visible. Recording matches and reading your history are free forever, and no part of your archive is ever locked.
Free things staying free
Recording matches, reading your own history, your group's standings and your record will not move behind a paywall. If that ever changes, it changes for new accounts, never for yours.
Where we stand
Krovo is provided as it is. We try hard to keep your history safe and we take backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.
Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending it
Delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. We may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these rules.
